The numbers are up. HIV infections and AIDS deaths are on the rise in Wisconsin. AIDS has placed a stranglehold around a new generations of young Americans, and has begun to spread at rates not seen in over a decade. What's equally alarming is that here at home, 1 out of every 4 new AIDS cases is a woman; 1 out of every 2 is a person of color; and 3 out of every 5 new cases are gay males - most under 25-years-old. No one is immune from AIDS. No one is immune.
